Responsibilities:

Data Analytics: 

• Developing actionable data models and analytics solutions to measure and manage value creation for the end-to-end planning chain. (Material , Supply & Demand )

Data reporting and Visualization: 

• Leveraging tools like Power BI and Looker Studio to create interactive dashboards, visually compelling reports, and actionable insights. These tools help in simplifying complex data, enabling better decision-making, and fostering collaboration across teams

Demand and Supply Planning: 

• Implementing advanced tools and processes to improve forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, and waste reduction.

Process improvement: 

• Identifying opportunities for process and system innovations, including the development of new KPIs aiming to close all GAPs within planning process.

Stakeholder Coordination: 

• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive change management and ensure smooth execution of projects.

Digitalization Projects:

• Managing digital transformation initiatives within the supply chain to enhance efficiency and performance.

S&OP Leadership:

• Driving the S&OP process to align demand and supply plans with business objectives.
• Facilitating cross-functional collaboration between sales, finance, and supply chain teams.
• Leading monthly S&OP meetings to review forecasts, inventory levels, and production plans.
• Ensuring alignment between strategic goals and operational execution.
• Monitoring and improving forecast accuracy and supply chain responsiveness.
