construction engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects within the Real Estate Department. This role involves close coordination with contractors, consultants, and various internal departments, including Marketing and Sales, to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

1. Project Management:
   • Oversee daily construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and schedules.
   • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays.
2. Contractor Follow up:
   • Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors, ensuring clear communication and adherence to contractual obligations.
   • Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality and compliance with safety standards.
3. Consultant Coordination:
   • Coordinate with consultants to ensure design intent and technical specifications are met.
   • Facilitate meetings and discussions between consultants and contractors to resolve any design or construction issues.
4. Departmental Collaboration:
   • Work closely with other departments (e.g., procurement, finance, legal, marketing, sales) to ensure seamless project execution.
   • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status and any critical issues.
5. Quality Assurance:
   • Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure high standards of construction.
   • Review and approve materials and workmanship to ensure they meet project requirements.
6. Documentation and Reporting:
