Call Center Agent

 

  1. Answer inbound customer calls promptly and efficiently.
  2. Provide technical support or information regarding the company’s products or services.
  3. Resolve customer issues and provide quick and effective solutions.
  4. Redirect calls to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  5. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the provided service.
  6. Record call details, complaints, and requests in the system for documentation.
  7. Advise customers about new offers or services.
  8. Monitor service quality and work on improving it.
  9. Perform additional tasks as directed by the direct supervisor.

 


Proven experience as call center Agent or similar positionExperience in customer service is essentialProficient in English; Good knowledge of additional languages will be a definite plusWorking knowledge of MS OfficeTech savvy with knowledge of telephone equipment and relevant computer programsKnowledge of performance evaluation procedures
