- Contacting suppliers and distributors to get quotations
- Preparing proposals, requesting quotes, and negotiating purchase terms and conditions
- Sourcing, selecting, and negotiating for the best purchase package
- Evaluating products and suppliers according to key business criteria
- Monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues
- Coordinating with inventory control to manage inventory needs
- Ensuring that procured items meet required quality standards and specifications
- Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets
Proven work experience as a Procurement Specialist in Manufacturing industry is a must.A reputable bachelor’s degree.Very Good command of English Language is a must & a second language is a privilege.Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems) and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).3-5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or related fields, with exposure to international procurement.
