· Identify new export opportunities by tapping the potential customers from different countries.
· Carry out market research and study the competitors and their marketing and sales strategies.
· Negotiate sales contracts.
· Prepare sales reports and correspondences in a timely manner.
· Develop and execute export plans and strategies that align with business objectives.
· Ensure compliance with government regulations and trade laws.
· Manage shipping and logistics, including negotiating rates and scheduling shipments.
· Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and target markets.
· Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all parties are updated on shipment status
· Coordinate with other departments within the company to ensure that import/export documentation is completed properly.
· Bachelor's degree in business, international trade or related field.· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in exporting, global logistics or international business.· Strong knowledge of global trade regulations and compliance.· Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.· Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.· Proficient in Microsoft Office and export management software.· Experience with customs documentation and procedures.· Strong communication and negotiation skills.· Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills· Strong knowledge in quality requirements and standards of different regions.· Knowledge of foreign markets procedures and policies.· English fluent and other language will be a plus.· Good Organizational skills.· Strong interpersonal and presentation.
