Collection Officer

  1. Collecting monthly due payments from individual cardholders.
  2. Processing collected amounts via POS machines at the company’s headquarters on the system for the Legal Affairs, Collection, and Corporate Clients departments.
  3. Following up with clients in case of failed deductions to determine the reason (e.g., insufficient funds or credit card change).
  4. Updating credit card details for installment deductions from individual cardholders and obtaining the necessary authorizations.
  5. Submitting a monthly collection report.

Bachelor’s Degree.(1 : 3) Years of working experience.Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
