  • Craft and update job descriptions
  • Prepare job offer letters
  • Conduct compensation and benefits analyses for various roles
  • Organize candidates’ data (e.g. resumes, assignments and contact details) in internal databases
  • Design candidate experience surveys and analyze feedback
  • Perform background and reference checks
  • Coordinate interviews and contact applicants, as needed
  • Prepare reports on new hire metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire)
  • Organize our employee referral process, including asking for referrals and managing bonus requests
  • Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing necessary paperwork and scheduling trainings)
  • Assist in designing competency frameworks that support organisational goals, skills assessments, and career development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with managers to establish clear role expectations and competencies.
  • Conduct focus groups and surveys to gauge employee sentiment and concerns during periods of change, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Design, develop, and implement a comprehensive performance management framework aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with head of department to establish clear, measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess individual and team performance.
  • 0Ensure KPIs are communicated effectively to employees and are understood as part of their performance expectations.
  • Oversee the annual or bi-annual performance appraisal process, ensuring timely completion of evaluations
  • Provide guidance to managers and team leads on best practices for conducting performance appraisals, ensuring consistency and fairness across all levels.
  • Collaborate with managers to provide tailored coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of the performance management system and identify areas for improvement.
