Digital Transformation Senior Specialist

Govern and regulate a pipeline of digital transformation projects to fulfill the strategic directions of the digital transformation business unit in alignment with the digital transformation governance model and the organizational strategic pillars assigned by the upper management by coordinating, monitoring, and governing the implementation of the corresponding digitalization/automation projects through multiple cross-functional units within different LoBs in GB Corp.

Job description:

• Govern & manage digital transformation projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives as per the digital transformation governance model.

• Identify key requirements needed from the cross-functional teams working in the related LoBs.

• Implement, and maintain programs initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives.

• Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation.

• Work with other business owners to identify risks and opportunities across multiple digital projects within the departments.

• To coordinate the various resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments.

• Making sure to have for each project a proper return on investment / estimated business impact calculated and approved by the head of related LoB.

• Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to achieve maximum benefit.

• Juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• Ensure all parts of an assigned project are processed, organized, and progressing according to predetermined timelines and deliverable dates.

• Get engaged in creating UAT scenarios to test the delivered projects and get successful sign off from respecting business unit owner.

• Establish post assessment analysis to confirm that what has been requested is used and provide the targeted ROI estimated at the project initiation phase.

• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed—escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans

• Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes

• Build a scorecard for each project reporting its progress, current status, obstacle, milestones and frequently report projects status in monthly meetings with the corresponding LoBs.

• Digital Transformation projects managed includes but not limited to: Mobile Apps related, Websites related, Chatbots related, Social media related, Process/workflow, Automation/ digitalization & related systems integrations, New digital solutions for various LoBs/BUs. AI/IoT/ML/Telemetry Solutions, Robotic Process Automation, Technology related solutions (manufacturing, etc.), or any additional phases on delivered digital transformation projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related information technology fields.

• PMP is preferrable.

• 4+ years of experience in IT/Telecom/Digital Transformation related jobs.

• 2+ years in program management.

• Product management and/or product development experience.

• Comfort working with both Agile and Waterfall frameworks.

• Excellent knowledge of MS Project.

• Fair knowledge of Oracle suites & other digital transformation related solutions.

• Fluent in English
