- Handling all kinds of offline requests (Groups, MICE, FIT) for all non-air products (accommodation, transfers, tours, car at disposal, car rental, holiday packages and others).
- All related online system checkup and offline communications (email, WhatsApp and phone calls) with suppliers and hotels to get the best deal.
- Rephrase quotation then generate and confirm the accepted ones
- Receiving all offline inquiries which are coming from all offline sales channels for the group.
- Respond inquires either to be done by them or to be assigned to tier two.
- Handling of some bookings payment (credit cards, bank transfer).
- Follow up on pending bookings either with team members or suppliers/vendors.
- Reconfirmation & handling after-sale requests (cancelations, amendments and incidents).
- Documentation of all confirmed bookings using the system and available tools.
- Provide on-floor support and WhatsApp for internal clients when needed.
- Report incidents against suppliers in case of any valid ones.
Bachelor's degree is a must.At least 1- 2 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.High communications skills.Packages designing experience is a plus.Google Analytics skills.Customer-oriented.Knowledge of key holiday destinations.Excellent time management skills.
