The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all inventory, setting up item cards, and tracking consumables within the clinics. Maintain accurate records of all items in the warehouse. - Set up item cards for new inventory items.
- Track consumable supplies within clinics and ensure timely replenishment.
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to the Operations Manager.
- Perform regular inventory audits and spot checks.
- Assist in the development and implementation of inventory management procedures.
- Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
Requirements:Fresh graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Good command of English, both written and verbal.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
