At Great Foods, we're passionate about providing exceptional customer service and ensuring our products exceed expectations. We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our growing Export Team as a Customer Service Agent.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers in international markets.
  • Proactively contacting customers to ensure their satisfaction with product quality, delivery, and overall service experience.
  • Addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and effectively.
  • Identifying and resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities.

 


To qualify, you should have:A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Fluency in French, English, and Arabic is essential.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.A strong customer service orientation with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.The ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience with CRM software is a plus.Preferred Skills:Experience in international customer service or export operations.Knowledge of international trade regulations and procedures.
