- 1 Year Experience as a senior Team manager/ senior Supervisor / Assistant contact center manager in customer service
- English proficiency: B2 Fluent
- Stablish and maintain communication with team
- Oversee and manage performance and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction
- be self- motivated to involve in self and team development.
- Night and overnight shifts
Location: Cairo
Telecommunication experience is a plus
