- Coordinate the plan and implement the activities of the ER services.
- Administer ER procedures including Onboarding.
- Provide employees with the needed letters.
- Handle the exit procedures and its related documents according to the labor law .
- Follow up the governmental medical insurance regulations for new hires .
- Maintain the contract for all employees according to the labor law.
- Maintain the social insurance procedures with the law.
- Maintain the filing system for the current & resigned employees .
Bachelor’s degree in Labor of laws, Business Administration, or related field.V.Good up to Excellent Command of English language.Analytical thinking. Experience in a similar industry or large organization at least 1 year. Knowledge of labor laws, Social Insurance, and ER best practices. Microsoft Office Usage along with Google business package "sheet, word, Etc.. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage confidential information with discretion. Problem-solving and conflict resolution expertise. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. HR Diploma is a Plus. SuccessFactors Usage Experience is a Plus.
