Officer ER (Personnel)

  •  Coordinate the plan and implement the activities of the ER services.
  • Administer ER procedures including Onboarding.
  •  Provide employees with the needed letters.
  •  Handle the exit procedures and its related documents according to the labor law .
  • Follow up the governmental medical insurance regulations for new hires .
  • Maintain the contract for all employees according to the labor law.
  •  Maintain the social insurance procedures with the law.
  •  Maintain the filing system for the current & resigned employees .

Bachelor’s degree in Labor of laws, Business Administration, or related field.V.Good up to Excellent Command of English language.Analytical thinking. Experience in a similar industry or large organization at least 1 year. Knowledge of labor laws, Social Insurance, and ER best practices. Microsoft Office Usage along with Google business package "sheet, word, Etc.. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage confidential information with discretion. Problem-solving and conflict resolution expertise. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. HR Diploma is a Plus. SuccessFactors Usage Experience is a Plus.
