** Functional tasks:
• Receiving customers and offering to provide assistance inside the branch and talk in a sophisticated and decent manner.
• Identify customer needs and help find clothing supplies that suit them.
• Create a complete look to match the customer's style.
• Provide personalized design advice.
• Assist and make recommendations on the selection of shoes and accessories that complement customer clothing.
• Introduce customers to fashion trends.
• Explain and provide details about products including fabric types, care instructions, prices and discounts.
• Suggest alternative clothes and colors to create a unique look.
• Ensure the right products are displayed and stock is replenished.
• Remember the names, sizes and preferences of customers who frequent the branch, and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Continuous access to fashion in clothes, shoes and accessories.
• Good knowledge of product distribution and clothing arrangement within the branch.
• Work cooperatively with colleagues and managers and implement the instructions of the branch manager and his deputy as required by the nature and interest of the work.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs.

Experience and qualifications:• Intermediate or higher qualification in marketing or commerce.• Preferably with training courses in communication skills and the art of marketing.• Experience of at least one year.• It is preferable to be familiar with the basics of the computer, especially programs (Word - Excel).• Acceptable knowledge of English.
