- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies aligned with regional market trends and company objectives.
- Prospect and qualify leads, identify decision-makers, and effectively present logistics solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals, securing profitable contracts with new and existing clients.
- Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Contribute to sales forecasting and pipeline management, maintaining accuracy and alignment with targets.
- Analyse sales performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Stay informed of industry developments, competitor activity, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- To own, monitor + drive all sales activities of the field + inside sales organization.
- To focus on customer facing activities + be actively involved in the generation of sustainable new business opportunities with a clear focus on Cross border.
- To monitor competitor activity by gathering+ communicating current information on pricing + products.
- Perform all aspects of the sales process and input & update all relevant activities utilizing Trukker systems daily.
- To focus on customer engagement, satisfaction, retention + reactivation through high levels of service quality in close collaboration with the operational team.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.5+ years of experience in sales within the logistics industry, preferably in the Cross Boarding & freight forwarding.Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.Strong understanding of the Middle Eastern logistics customer needs.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.Good communicator in English and Arabic.Additional Skills and Experience:Experience in managing a portfolio of clients within a matrix organizational structure is a plus.
