Payroll Specialist

 

  • Handle Monthly payroll Payments for all employees 
  • Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses 
  • Calculate the quarterly bonuses and annual profit share on the payroll system and ensure no discrepancies is taking place
  • Review and confirm the employment contracts, in terms of employee information and monthly income validation.
  • Gather information on hours worked for each employee
  • Process taxes and payment of employee benefits
  • Prepare Monthly reports 

Bachelor's degree Business, Accounting or relevant field3 - 5 years of Exp.Proven experience as payroll specialistAccounting background is preferred Familiar with HITS SystemVery good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the fieldExcellent communication skills
