- Handle Monthly payroll Payments for all employees
- Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses
- Calculate the quarterly bonuses and annual profit share on the payroll system and ensure no discrepancies is taking place
- Review and confirm the employment contracts, in terms of employee information and monthly income validation.
- Gather information on hours worked for each employee
- Process taxes and payment of employee benefits
- Prepare Monthly reports
Bachelor's degree Business, Accounting or relevant field3 - 5 years of Exp.Proven experience as payroll specialistAccounting background is preferred Familiar with HITS SystemVery good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the fieldExcellent communication skills
