Inside Sales Engineer

  • Act as primary point of contact for the sales team and customers.
  • Prepare accurate and timely quotations and tenders in response to the customers inquiries.
  • Coordinate with outside sales team to achieve required territory coverage.
  • Coordinating and following up registration for key customers and accounts.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports on sales performance and sales metrics from CRM system.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts to achieve sales targets.
  • Use customer feedback to modify our solutions and product offerings. 
  • Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement.
  • Build an open-communication environment for your team.
  • Research the market for new projects and potential customers.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance the sales administration process.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.Proven work experience as an Inside sales engineer.Hands on experience with CRM software.In-depth understanding of the sales administration process.Excellent interpersonal and team management skills.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude.Ability to provide solid technical background.
