· To adhere HACCP system and security procedure as per Company & Client Policy.
· To deal with emergency situation in accordance with Company and Client policy procedures.
· To maintain safe personal & hygiene presentation standards.
· Proactively provide feedback to management regarding hazards in workplace and any other health, safety and security issues which may have impacts on company business.
· Develop & adhere to Job Safety Analysis (JSA”s) in regards to all potentially hazardous
tasks.
· Food production, food service and premises cleaning as required.
· Control and preservation of materials and tools issued for the performance of work duties and provide advance notice to supervisor when stocks reach minimal level.
· Implement best practice of Client and Company health & Safety, Food safety in the kitchen department.
· Report and record all near misses, injuries and job performance non-conformances as required.
· Model high standards of performance and behaviour.
