· Refills plate, tray and cutlery racks.
· Cleans and washes all kitchen and dining facility floors, windows and walls.
· Cleans and sanitizes hot and cold food holding equipment.
· Cleans cold storage units.
· Replenishes beverages, condiments and related food items during meal periods.
· Removes trash and garbage and cleans trash containers.
· Ensures the steam cleaning and washing of garbage skips and trash bins.
