Customer Service & Quality Controller

  • Greet members and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or complaints promptly.
  • Address member concerns or complaints and resolve issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
  • Provide assistance and guidance to members regarding programs, equipment, class schedules, and membership queries.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, including procedures, emergency protocols, and ensuring equipment is properly maintained.
  • Oversee and Ensure that Members are following Gym Policies, Procedures & Rules.
  • Monitor class attendance & Assist members in selecting and booking classes, and ensure that the classes are operating smoothly.
  • Resolve member inquiries and issues related to class scheduling, bookings, or cancellations.
  • Conduct Customer satisfaction surveys either in person or through phone calls, focusing on their service experience.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or related field (preferred).Previous experience in fitness center management or related field.Excellent communication, Customer service & interpersonal skills.Knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry standards.Outstanding organizational skills.Work on shift basis, morning shift from 7 am to 3 pm and evening shift from 2 pm to 10 pm.
