Customer Service Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist at Manazil Innovation in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for handling customer support inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and delivering exceptional customer service on a daily basis.


 •⁠  ⁠Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills•⁠  ⁠Phone Etiquette and Customer Experience skills•⁠  ⁠Excellent interpersonal and communication skills•⁠  ⁠Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively•⁠  ⁠Strong problem-solving abilities•⁠  ⁠Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus•⁠  ⁠Fluency in both English and Arabic languages•⁠  ⁠High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
