Responsibilities:
· Develop, coordinate, and implement sales plans designed to maintain and increase existing business and capture new opportunities.
· Identify and generate new leads through various channels to expand the customer base.
· Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
· Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals that align with customer requirements.
· Close sales deals while achieving personal and team sales targets.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts within the CRM system.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.
· Collaborate closely with the Customer Excellence team to ensure a smooth transition of clients post-sale.
· Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on customer interactions and market trends.
· Attend networking events and industry conferences to represent the company and generate new business opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:· 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a related industry.· Proven track record of successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.· Strong negotiation skills and a customer-focused approach.· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.· Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
