Responsibilities:
- Contribute to maximizing Bank’s Profitability from the portfolio under their desk.
- Prepare prospects list & to coordinate with the team to reach a high closing ratio.
- Leading, Guiding & Stretching the team of Assistant Relationship managers and Analysts to achieve targets.
- Increase the number of customers (Borrowing & Non-Borrowing) in order to achieve Key Performance Indicator.
- Initiate marketing and existing clients’ calls for potential business growth.
- Ensure preparation of Proposals in alignment with internal policies and customer needs.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience
- :Minimum of 4 years of experience in Corporate Banking field
- .Solid experience in corporate credit with specific focus on managing large corporate clients
- .Solid ability to manage subordinate(s)
- .Strong awareness of Macro Economics
