- Archive all designs, personal photos and photos during trips for the Chairwoman
- Update all the records on regular basis, keep electronic versions (soft copies) for accessible search.
- Organize the archive for the Creative Director & Head Designer and organize the archive according to the Head Designer's recommendation.
- Enter the data of the new books after binding and coding according the Book Collector's program sequence .
- Maintain & update Chairwoman's media and administrative files in her archives.
- Maintain & update Chairwoman's business contact database.
- Responsible for Chairwoman's office petty cash, record office purchases and settle payments with the financial Department according to the procedures and regulations.
- Any other duties assigned by Executive Assistant of Chairwoman.
Bachelor Degree is Required: preferably Bachelor of Art in library scienceProven work experience as a secretary or Administrative Assistant Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability Excellent written and verbal communication skills integrity and professionalismProficiency in MS Office
