Document Controller \ Archivist / Secretary

  • Archive all designs, personal photos and photos during trips for the Chairwoman
  • Update all the records on regular basis, keep electronic versions (soft copies) for accessible search.
  • Organize the archive for the Creative Director & Head Designer and organize the archive according to the Head Designer's recommendation.
  • Enter the data of the new books after binding and coding according the Book Collector's program sequence .
  • Maintain & update Chairwoman's media and administrative files in her archives.
  • Maintain & update Chairwoman's business contact database.
  • Responsible for Chairwoman's office petty cash, record office purchases and settle payments with the financial Department according to the procedures and regulations.
  • Any other duties assigned by Executive Assistant of Chairwoman.  

Bachelor Degree is Required: preferably Bachelor of Art in library scienceProven work experience as a secretary or Administrative Assistant  Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability Excellent written and verbal communication skills integrity and professionalismProficiency in MS Office
