Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, technology, and driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy & Campaigns:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media, email, and online advertising.
  • Develop strategies to drive online traffic to the company's website and increase brand awareness.

Content Creation & Management:

  • Create engaging and high-quality content tailored to the target audience for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure cohesive messaging.

SEO & Website Optimization:

  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website rankings.
  • Optimize landing pages and user experience for lead generation and conversions.

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter).
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media insights to measure performance.
  • Generate regular reports on campaign effectiveness and recommend areas for improvement.

Advertising & Budget Management:

  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.).
  • Monitor campaign budgets and ensure optimal return on investment (ROI).

Trend Analysis & Innovation:

  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Identify opportunities for new tools or strategies to gain a competitive edge.


Skills

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Knowledge of E-commerce CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify) and HTML/CSS basics.
  • Creative Skills: Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
