Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Campaigns:
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media, email, and online advertising.
- Develop strategies to drive online traffic to the company's website and increase brand awareness.
Content Creation & Management:
- Create engaging and high-quality content tailored to the target audience for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure cohesive messaging.
SEO & Website Optimization:
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website rankings.
- Optimize landing pages and user experience for lead generation and conversions.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media insights to measure performance.
- Generate regular reports on campaign effectiveness and recommend areas for improvement.
Advertising & Budget Management:
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.).
- Monitor campaign budgets and ensure optimal return on investment (ROI).
Trend Analysis & Innovation:
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
- Identify opportunities for new tools or strategies to gain a competitive edge.
Skills
Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar.
- Knowledge of E-commerce CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify) and HTML/CSS basics.
