Role purpose:
Ownership of the Candidate Experience management, end to end Resourcing process management for Care hiring . Responsible for candidates' phone screening and Resourcing Operation administrative tasks
• Connect & work with Recruiting managers and Business stakeholders for execution of hiring plan
• Execute hiring plan across verticals
• Responsible for end to end candidate experience management.
• Taking care of Interview coordination and candidate feedback management through ATS.
• Create and manage candidate interview tracker and report to ensure for audit governance.
• Ensure required documents, approvals etc are maintained properly for monthly audit purpose.
• Taking care of BGV process & pre-onboarding activities.
• Managing communication with the candidates and hiring Manager on the day of Onboarding.
• Manager post offer candidate engagement activities.
• Ensure right communication shared with all stakeholders in timely manner
Core competencies, knowledge and experience [max 5]:
• Knowledge of Talent Acquisition function.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Attention to detail (zoom in) and high level understanding of effective Resourcing process.
• Solid communication, interpretation skills and Data reporting skills.
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• University degree
• Fluent in English
• 1 to 2 years’ experience in managing recruiting process in a Corporate environment.
