Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our company. The ideal candidate will oversee the smooth operation of administrative tasks and ensure that all processes run efficiently. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Plan and manage schedules for training and development programs.
  • Communicate schedules clearly to all relevant parties.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews for prospective candidates.
  • Inform candidates about interview details and provide timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of financial transactions and payments.

Requirements: Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a must. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
