Senior Marketing Specialist

  • Coordination with all other teams to come up with branding ideas, designs concepts, promotional materials, innovative marketing ideas, and advertising copies.
  • Work and follow up on social media and advertising agencies to implement the marketing strategy and achieve the department objectives.
  • Propose new promotion plans, ideas and initiatives and discuss them with the marketing head.
  • Conducting market/customer surveys, analyze the data, communicate results, and take actions based on them.
  • Proposing new marketing campaigns to meet the new customer trends observed from market research/Survey.
  • Assisting with the analyses of marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffic to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different platforms.
  • Organize, coordinate the company events as conferences, workshops, missions, campaigns
  • Conducting market research to establish customer trends and habits through field visits.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data. 
  • Meet marketing department’s objectives and KPIs.

Excellent command of the English language.Marketing Diploma / Certificate is preferred.Experience in events organizing is preferred.Creativity and problem-solving skills.Ability to multitask.Time Management skills.Good verbal \ written communication skills.Good Stakeholder management skills.Excellent computer skills Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).2-4 years of experience in same field.
