- Coordination with all other teams to come up with branding ideas, designs concepts, promotional materials, innovative marketing ideas, and advertising copies.
- Work and follow up on social media and advertising agencies to implement the marketing strategy and achieve the department objectives.
- Propose new promotion plans, ideas and initiatives and discuss them with the marketing head.
- Conducting market/customer surveys, analyze the data, communicate results, and take actions based on them.
- Proposing new marketing campaigns to meet the new customer trends observed from market research/Survey.
- Assisting with the analyses of marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffic to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different platforms.
- Organize, coordinate the company events as conferences, workshops, missions, campaigns
- Conducting market research to establish customer trends and habits through field visits.
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data.
- Meet marketing department’s objectives and KPIs.
