Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Analyze financial performance against budgets and provide actionable management insights.
- Prepare and present periodic financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams to track budget utilization and control costs.
- Support strategic decision-making by providing accurate financial data and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in budgeting and reporting practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
