Customer Service Representative & Social media moderator

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Process orders, refunds, and exchanges
  • Maintain and update customer information in our database
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meet performance targets and quality standards
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies
