The Branch Manager is responsible for ensuring operational excellence at the Digital School by Berlitz New Cairo branch. This includes overseeing administrative staff, ensuring high-quality educational service delivery, managing branch operations, and maintaining smooth, efficient workflows. The Branch Manager will ensure that the branch meets all operational standards while fostering a positive learning environment for both students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Oversee all daily branch operations, including staff scheduling, facility management, and ensuring smooth administrative processes.
- Implement and uphold Digital School's policies and procedures to maintain consistency and quality across all educational programs.
- Ensure that the branch meets its operational goals, including student satisfaction, class scheduling efficiency, and resource management.
Academic Quality Control:
- Collaborate with instructors to ensure that course delivery meets Digital School's high standards.
- Monitor educational outcomes and student feedback to ensure continuous improvement in program quality.
- Oversee the planning and coordination of classes, ensuring that instructors are well-prepared and equipped with the necessary materials.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage the branch’s administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, offer feedback, and promote professional development opportunities for all administrative employees.
- In collaboration with the HR Manager, ensure that the branch is adequately staffed, and manage staff schedules to meet student needs while optimizing operational efficiency.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for student and parent inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Respond promptly and professionally to issues, working to resolve conflicts and improve the overall student experience.
Budget & Resource Management:
- Manage the branch’s resources efficiently, including classrooms, technology, and materials, ensuring optimal use and upkeep.
- Oversee branch expenses and stay within budget constraints, tracking expenditures related to operations and facilities.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure the branch is fully compliant with Digital School’s standards, local regulations, and health and safety requirements.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on operational performance, staffing needs, and student feedback.
- Conduct audits to ensure all operational activities align with the organization’s goals and regulatory standards.
