Main Tasks:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with major clients to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
- Utilize various methods such as cold-calling, networking and leveraging industry contacts to identify promising prospects.
- Assist customers in selecting furniture products that meet their preferences, budget and space requirements.
- Provide product demonstrations and explanations of features, materials and benefits to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Upsell additional products or accessories to maximize sales opportunities and meet revenue targets.
- Build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships by providing personalized service and addressing their needs and concerns.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business or referrals.
- Collect customer feedback and insights to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Set and strive to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets established by management.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales through cross-selling, upselling and suggestive selling techniques.
- Collaborate closely with Pricing and Operations departments to ensure timely and accurate proposal submissions and project execution.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities, client interactions and opportunities in the CRM application.
- Conduct thorough research on competitors' products, pricing strategies and market performance to gain insights into client preferences and market trends.
Requirements:Proven 5 years’ experience in indoor sales within the furniture industry or related field.Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.Work Location: Maadi.
