Administrative Assistant

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Accounting and Finance team, ensuring efficient workflow and communication.
  • Handle the archiving, organization, and retrieval of financial documents and records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Distribute letters, memos, reports, and other documents between offices in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and manage office supply inventory, placing orders as necessary to ensure the department is well equipped.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks related to accounting and financial activities.
  • Act as a liaison between the Accounting and Finance Department and other departments, ensuring effective communication and support.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within an accounting or finance environment.Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field Good in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong organizational and time management skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and data.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
