Employee Records Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Oversee employee data in the HR system, including personal details, employment status, and benefits enrollment.
Compliance and Labor Law Adherence
- Ensure personnel practices comply with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations, implementing necessary adjustments to policies and practices.
Employee Relations
- Address employee queries and resolve issues related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
- Assist in managing employee relations activities, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and policy communication.
Onboarding and Offboarding
- Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
- Manage offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and ensuring compliance with all termination requirements.
Policy Development and Process Improvement
- Collaborate with HR leadership to develop, implement, and improve personnel policies and procedures.
- Identify and recommend process enhancements to increase efficiency and improve employee satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.From 3-5 Years of experience in the personnel department.Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.Strong organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail.HRIS knoweldge is a plus.
