- Supports and finalizes all the simple requests of life policies on the same day.
- Provides any service for any customer's query, requests and complaints following related processes and agreed SLAs.
- Handles and follows any assigned project/task and commits with a set deadline.
- Issues P&C products as per agreed criteria and renews policies within authority limits.
- Replies to all kinds of complaints or requests as needed.
- Follows up on all client requests to guarantee prompt and regular feedback.
