  • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies aimed at increasing revenue and market presence.
  • Set and achieve measurable business development goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure lucrative business deals.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and operations, to effectively meet client needs.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Monitor and track the success of business development initiatives through various metrics.
  • Report on progress to senior management, providing insights for strategic adjustments.
  • Develop and manage budgets for business development activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.

A university degree or equivalent qualification in business development.Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the translation industry.Established network of professionals and clients in the translation field especially in the GCC market.Exceptional negotiation and communication skills (verbal and written).Fluency in English is required; fluency in additional languages is a plus.Strong presentation skills with the ability to close deals.Proven team leader with excellent interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities.
