About the Job:
The Legal Consultant will be responsible for providing legal advice and support. Ensuring compliance with international and local laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of legal issues to various departments within the organization.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations applicable to the company's operations.
- Manage and oversee litigation matters, working closely with external counsel when necessary.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to keep abreast of legislative changes and developments.
- Advise on intellectual property matters, including trademark and copyright issues.
- Assist in corporate governance matters, including board meetings and regulatory filings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide legal guidance on business initiatives.
- Participate in the development and delivery of legal training programs for employees.
- Handle any other legal matters that may arise in the course of business operations.
Qualifications:
- 7-12 years of experience practicing law.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
