Customer Support Leader

This is a contract role for an Operation Team Leader at OTO Courses located in Qesm El Maadi. The Operation Team Leader will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, overseeing people management, ensuring customer satisfaction, utilizing analytical skills, and effective communication within the team.
