- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires and develop an ASquared handbook.
- Proactively address employee concerns and implement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance job satisfaction.
- Drive employee growth and development through effective performance management systems.
- Provide timely feedback, identify employees training and development needs.
- Manage employee data, leave systems, and paperwork to ensure operational efficiency.
- Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Conduct employee engagement activities to promote a positive company culture.
- Maintain proper communication with new hires regarding job offers, hiring documents, and other relevant information.
- Manage employee social insurance in compliance with Egyptian labor law.
- Manage various employee benefits according to company policies and procedures.
- Implement and develop company human resource policies and procedures.
7-10 years of experience in human resources management.Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field.Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and regulations.
