HR Assistant Manager

  1. Manage the recruitment and selection process to identify and hire qualified candidates that align with the company's needs.
  2. Conduct interviews using various reliable methods to assess candidate suitability.
  3. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires and develop an ASquared handbook.
  4. Proactively address employee concerns and implement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance job satisfaction.
  5. Drive employee growth and development through effective performance management systems.
  6. Provide timely feedback, identify employees training and development needs.
  7. Manage employee data, leave systems, and paperwork to ensure operational efficiency.
  8. Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing.
  9. Conduct employee engagement activities to promote a positive company culture.
  10. Maintain proper communication with new hires regarding job offers, hiring documents, and other relevant information.
  11. Manage employee social insurance in compliance with Egyptian labor law.
  12. Manage various employee benefits according to company policies and procedures.
  13. Implement and develop company human resource policies and procedures.

7-10 years of experience in human resources management.Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field.Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and regulations.
