We are looking for a motivated self-starter to establish and own the human resource function, key responsabilities include to:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
- Maintain employee records, including personnel files, employment contracts, and performance reviews.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and claims processing.
- Provide support to the payroll department, including data entry and verification.
- Assist with employee relations matters, including handling inquiries, resolving disputes, and conducting investigations.
- Coordinate training and development programs, including scheduling, registration, and evaluation.
- Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
- Support various HR projects, such as policy development, employee surveys, and organizational development initiatives.
- Maintain company's social presence on professional networks
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
- Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback
- Support other functions as assigned
Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative positionKnowledge of human resources processes and best practicesStrong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint, in particular)Experience with HR databasesIn-depth understanding of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online communitiesFamiliarity with social media recruitingOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle data with confidentialityGood organizational and time management skillsCIPD certification is an advantageBSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plus
