Role objective:
Achieving Sales Target in terms of Retail Products to market, promote and sustain the retail products through outdoor sales. Acquire new business and deepen existing customer relationships for the specialty product or customer segment handled.
Job description:
Drive and deliver exceptional sales performance by identifying and meeting customer needs through selling of NDK Egypt Retail Products.
Create a sales plan that meets specific benchmarks and competitors offers for growth.
Dedicate 75% of time towards sales and 25% towards deepening relationships with clients.
Own and manage customer queries and complaints by taking ownership and resolving in a timely manner.
Ensure that customers are directed to the most appropriate delivery channel to meet their needs through effective banking hall management.
Prepare presentations for potential clients and attend the client meetings to present bank products to enhance sales.
Provide personalized level of service for better customer experience and quicker turnaround time for NBK Egypt customers.
Manage all customer retention activities by taking initiatives for customer satisfaction and providing highest levels of quality service.
Minimize complaints and answer all leads and customer questions accurately: prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed.
Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts.
Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value.
Required qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience or as a sales/customer service representative.
Bachelor’s degree of Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting or its equivalent.
