1. Key Duties:
- Lead the implementation of talent acquisition strategy to ensure attracting the right talents internally and externally
- Carry on the annual manpower plan exercise in accordance with the business needs
- Lead the full recruiting cycle for various hiring needs
- Work on extending and diversify the different talent sourcing channels year - round for the different functions (white, collars, blue collar, sports talents…etc) either internally by internal job announcement or externally using the different sources
- Ensure the implementation of the company “Referral Program” to encourage the employees to refer hires
- Maintain strong pipeline of candidates for target hire profiles
- Use process/project management skills to deliver accurate, data-based and timely recruitment plans using the set Recruitment Manual and Technology
- Partner with the managers from understanding the business needs, target sources, …etc all through the assessment and selection journey till the final identification of the right talent.
- Use the various assessment tools to ensure the quality of selection
- Accountable for meeting and exceeding the recruitment KPIs including but not limited to: rate of successful hires, vacancy closing lead time, diversity and others
- Develop knowledge through understanding the business needs, market trends and analytics
- Update the job descriptions to be aligned with any changes either in the structure or the company vision
- Conduct training to managers to apply the up to date interviewing techniques
- Manage the Onboarding process of new hires
- Lead RYZE Internship programs as part of our endeavors to serve our communities as well as developing our pipeline of future hires
- Work with the People and Culture Manager on crafting the Employer branding plan and working on the associated initiatives / programs
- Execute the agreed on initiatives and programs to support our vision being the “Employer of Choice”
- Ensure offering an exceptional experience to the job applicants from first touchpoint till the final stage of hiring or rejection.
- Responsible for safeguarding employees’ data of all forms either sensitive or non sensitive or else will be subject to disciplinary action that might lead to dismissal

- Recruitment activities monthly report
- Lead time report
- Diversity reporting highlighting: gender, age, disability…etc
4. Continuous improvement:
- Develop non traditional assessment and selection process
- Think of unconventional ideas for boosting RYZE employer branding including candidates journey
- Keep abreast of the newest recruitment and selection techniques and assessment tools
What do you need to perform your role: To perform your job successfully, you need to have the following minimum requirements:
Education and experience:
- Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline
- Post graduate study in HR and/or certificate in assessment and interviewing is a great plus
- From 2 to 4 years of experience in full recruitment life cycle including job briefing, active sourcing, developing recruitment plan, candidate outreach…etc with AT LEAST 1 year experience in ( mass hiring and blue collars )
Skills and knowledge:
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in using recruitment systems is a plus.
- Strong end-to-end process thinking with experience in managing multiple projects.
- Competency based interviewing skills
- Fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills is a must
