Area Manager (Nokia)

JOP PURPOSE: Manage and control region operation with customer and comply his requirement in all field activates.

DUTIES AND RESBONSIBILITIES: · Manage Region Resources (Platform, Team Leaders, Telecom Engineers and Technicians) as Configuring and provisioning to provide Customer with Needed Targets with Correct Way.

·        Ensure Contractual MS Field Maintenance Activities as Control and Lead (PAL, MSU, SRT, EM, OBP, Core and Spare).

·        Participate in strategic planning to ensure that project management reflects strategy

·        Interface with Customer for escalation and Operational Cases.

·        Manages, directs and schedules day-to-day and long-range activities for assigned properties and ensures that the O&M staff is properly following processes and procedures.

·        Manage Proactive and Preventive Maintenance Activities.

·        Ensure Applying Process for all Operational tasks and to achieve within Customer SLA.

·        Control OBP Once get from Customer till Settlement.

·        . Daily Monitoring Network Availability and Analyzing for Most effected to close with Customer and Apply needed Actions.

·        Track and Control Power Meter Charging process.

·        Manage Region Offers and ensure applying On Ground till settlement with customer.

·        OWS & IES Efficiency Management Process and ensure team Work through it.

·        Ensure Teams to Apply EHS Rules (Safety is first)

·        Follow PAL Function Activates

·        MW Link Performance

·        Power Program

·        Region Battery Actions with Applying Security Actions Concrete Cube Solution, Shielding Steel Solution, Site Physical Security Actions.

·        Region Civil Work

·        DO Tracking

·        Air Condition & Open Door Tracking

·        Offload Actions

·        LOS Cases with Rerouting

·        Stolen and Burnt IM Tracking and Recovery

·        PM Teams Activities with tracking all Snags rectifications and Close QTT.

·        Close Customer Requests for Power Survey and different topics Under PAL Functions

·        Follow SRT Function Activates

·        Check delivery

·        Site access & management 

·        Renewal (negotiation & Contracts)

·        Guard management. (hiring & replacement & increase)

·        Owner bank statement.

·        E. Bank transfer.

·        Guard Wallet.

·        Swap Ericson & ZTE Access

·        New sharing (negotiation & Contracts).

·        Dismantle sites (negotiation & Contracts).

·        Police Report for IM Cases

·        Security & Stolen incidents.

·        New sites (RHO).

·        Interface with EC Company for Power Quotations and Payment delivery

·        Hourly Follow Offices Down sites and Cells (2G 3G 4G)

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:·        7-9years of experience in telecommunication field.

REQUIRED SKILLS:· ·        Very strong analytical skills.

·        Supper managerial and communication skills.

·        Crises management and decision-making skills.

·        Solid different computer software knowledge (MS project- MS Office-Etc.).

·        Problem Solving

·        Leadership Skills 

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: BSc. Communication Engineering degree
