JOP PURPOSE: Manage and control region operation with customer and comply his requirement in all field activates.
DUTIES AND RESBONSIBILITIES: · Manage Region Resources (Platform, Team Leaders, Telecom Engineers and Technicians) as Configuring and provisioning to provide Customer with Needed Targets with Correct Way.
· Ensure Contractual MS Field Maintenance Activities as Control and Lead (PAL, MSU, SRT, EM, OBP, Core and Spare).
· Participate in strategic planning to ensure that project management reflects strategy
· Interface with Customer for escalation and Operational Cases.
· Manages, directs and schedules day-to-day and long-range activities for assigned properties and ensures that the O&M staff is properly following processes and procedures.
· Manage Proactive and Preventive Maintenance Activities.
· Ensure Applying Process for all Operational tasks and to achieve within Customer SLA.
· Control OBP Once get from Customer till Settlement.
· . Daily Monitoring Network Availability and Analyzing for Most effected to close with Customer and Apply needed Actions.
· Track and Control Power Meter Charging process.
· Manage Region Offers and ensure applying On Ground till settlement with customer.
· OWS & IES Efficiency Management Process and ensure team Work through it.
· Ensure Teams to Apply EHS Rules (Safety is first)
